Delivery
A local delivery fee of $12.00 will apply to each order for each address. Any order that is outside the local delivery area prices may vary. For all business’s deliveries have to be placed one day prior delivery date or on the same day before 10:00am. Otherwise we might have to ship the order on following business day. To assure delivery during the busy holiday seasons like: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas all deliveries have to be placed one day prior to delivery date. Your payment has to be approved before an order can go out for the delivery, some exceptions might be made but have to approved by our staff over the phone prior to any deliverys leaving the store. Normally orders are delivered between 11:30 am and 7:30 pm. All businesses are delivered to first and homes are more likely to be deliverd to in the afternoon. During holiday periods and inclement weather delivery time frames may extend. If the recipient is not home the driver may leave the flowers on the porch if the weather is ok, or leave it with the neighbour, leaving behind a note where delivery has been left.
On some occasions due to holidays, family events or emergency our store might be closed. Delivery won’t be available during those days and our customers will be notified.
We are always closed on Sundays and these holidays:
Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Civic Holiday, Thanksgiving Sunday and Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year Day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: Please Call Store
For International delivery we need 2-3 business days’ early notice. Flowers and design may very due to regional and seasonal availability. Prices may vary due to current exchange rates. You have to contact the store for international orders; order on line are not available. Fee of $25.00 will apply to all international orders.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with the product or the quality of the flowers please call us directly and we will exchange it and try to keep both sides happy. We do care about our customers and all recipients trying to provide the best product as well design, as well presentation at the delivery. However the flowers are perishable items and we will accept the complaint within 48 hours from the time delivery had been made.

Nevertheless sometimes, on very rare occasions mistakes do happen or something goes wrong with delivery. We will try to fix the problem as soon it arises. Please contact the store over the phone to get quick respond or over the e-mail and if your unhappiness is any fault of our flower shop or the service we provide we will fix it as soon as we are able to.
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee applies only to products and delivery services. Sometimes the issues arise from outside and are out of our control, such as incorrect or incomplete address, lack of contact number or refused deliveries. As soon problem arises we will try to fix it on our end or will contact with you to inform about any difficulties.
In the event of damaged product during delivery or poor quality of the product in order to exchange we will ask the recipient to return the original product. In the event of non-delivery due to our mistake we will refund you in full or redeliver the flowers as soon as we can with the apology note and refund the charge for the delivery. Additional delivery charge will apply if we were provided with the wrong delivery address.
