Flowers are subject to seasonal availability and local weather issues. Our store reserves the rights to make minor substitutions to the flower content from our floral catalogue selection. We will try to keep the same style, colour, and the value of the items as pictured. Floral container shown on the picture might not be available at the moment and we will have to substitute with similar product at similar price or greater value. If there is major substitution needed we will notify you by the e-mail or phone. If you do not want any changes to the flowers or container the delivery time frame may not be available on the same or next day.
For one of a kind flower or plant such a rose or an orchid we may use same type of flower in different colour or change the plant to any blooming flower for the same value or greater. If you do not like any substitutions please mark it down on the order.
